With a passion for hair that began at a young age, I’ve been captivated by the art of transformation ever since watching "The Wizard of Oz." The beauty parlor scenes in Emerald City left a lasting impression, sparking my desire to create stunning hair that tells a story and creates an effortless look for my clients. After experimenting with friends' hair in college, I pursued my dream and have spent over 25 years working in salons, on film and TV sets, theater and making house calls. Taking great pride in honing my skills and deepening my love for the craft. I have skillfuly mastered cutting , color and Extentions. With an emphasis on texture and extensions for my clients.
Throughout my career, I’ve discovered that the process of transforming hair goes far beyond just styling—it’s about building lasting partnerships with my clients. From the early brainstorming stages to executing the final look. Timmy Bradford
At 26, Timmy comes from the small state of Wilmington, Delaware. However he had big dreams of the big city! Growing up performing all his life he always had a side passion for hair. From doing all his friends’ hair for prom night to braiding festival hair in a tent at a music festival, he loved all this stylish. While originally studying musical theatre at Rider University he soon after graduation traded the stage lights for salon lights—but the love for transformation and storytelling remains the same. After several years performing in musical theatre, Timmy discovered a new kind of artistry behind the chair. Timmy has now taken a deep dive in the world of hair becoming obsessed with all things beauty and hair. Being based in New York City, he brings that same passion, creativity, and attention to detail into his work as a hairstylist. Timmy started school at the Aveda Institute in SoHo. During his education, he was working front desk at a high end salon on the weekends. Learning about hair during the week and being surrounded by the industry on the weekends.
Wanting to quickly grow in the industry he looked for a new mentor to guide him, where he found Ruben Colon. Working in an intimate and personal setting such as New Collective, Timmy has been able to receive specialized teachings and professional techniques. Learning to grow as an artist as well as a personal business. While still perfecting his craft, he is confident he will bring you the cut, style, or color of your dreams and leave you feeling like you too could take center stage!

I specialize in advanced color techniques, from dimensional blondes and seamless balayage to corrective color transformation and bold, creative shades. Every head of hair tells a different story, which is why I take the time to truly listen during consultations- understanding your vision, your lifestyle, and your goals before crafting a look that is uniquely yours.
Education and growth are at the heart of my craft. Over the years, I’ve trained with top industry educators and continuously seek out the latest techniques, trends, and innovations. Including but not limited to the Master Color Expert certificate from Wella. This allows me to bring fresh, modern, artistry to the chair while still honoring classic, timeless beauty.
For me, hairstyling is more than just hair- it’s about connection, confidence, and celebrating individuality.
